Suede + cat p*e = one of the toughest combinations to treat.

This pair came in with mold growth and strong odour after being exposed to cat p*e. Besides the smell, urine can also damage suede fibres and leave permanent staining if not treated early.

After our suede cleaning treatment, the pair looks much cleaner and fresher

⚠️ Reminder:
Do not soak suede materials with water or household chemicals. It may worsen the stain, harden the suede, or spread bacteria deeper into the material.

👖 COLOR TRANSFER FROM JEANS? IT HAPPENS.

This pair came in with visible color transfer (dye bleeding), commonly caused by dark denim rubbing onto lighter materials over time, especially when damp or during frequent wear.

After our Premium (Deep) Cleaning, you can see a significant improvement.

SANDALS DEEP CLEANING – ODOUR & WATER DAMAGE CASE

The customer mentioned the sandals had a funny smell and felt uncomfortable after being exposed to water.

What many don’t realise is, when sandals get wet, moisture can seep into the sponge layer beneath the suede footbed.

Over time, this can cause:
• Unpleasant odour
• Bacteria buildup
• Damp and uncomfortable feeling when wearing

Surface cleaning alone won’t solve the issue.
This pair went through our deep cleaning process to treat the inner layer and restore freshness.

✔ Deep extraction cleaning
✔ Odour treatment
✔ Footbed care

And yes, odour gone !
