我为什么会开始学习瑜伽 因为有趣

我深深觉得 不管我们做什么事情 有趣很重要

我并不是那种会为了瘦几公斤 就坚持锻炼的人

所以 我非常佩服那种为了瘦身减肥

而坚持不懈的做一些他完全不觉得有趣的运动

我尝试过很多不同的运动 普拉提 泰拳 蹦床 舞蹈 健身 还有很多

但我真正能坚持下来的 只有瑜伽

为什么是瑜伽 因为我觉得很有趣 它激起了我的好奇心 求知欲

而且于我而言 瑜伽的世界很广

永远都有等待我探索的地方 一辈子都有学习不完的知识

它不只是我们外表所看到的把身体扭成各种形状的体式

它是一种生活方式 生命哲学 浩瀚宇宙

它会静悄悄的改变我们对食物的选择

它会慢慢的改变我们的呼吸 体态 思想

它会在你还没有察觉的时候就已经引领你往更好的生活前进

它会让你在每一次练习完的时候都很感恩自己有踏上垫子

常常有人会把普拉提和瑜伽混淆

我觉得他们最大的差别在于 普拉提是一种运动 瑜伽不是

瑜伽是一种生活方式 是走"心"的 🩷
