Kenapa air sangat penting untuk kita

Sya nak kongsikan sedikit infor kenapa dalam elken testing yang utama kita check TDS..total dissolve solid???

Sebab kita nk thu berapa bnyak bahan2 asing dalam air kita..

Bahan asing yang kita selalu pertikaikan adalah mineral.. Betul x??

Air yang berkhasiat mestilah Ader mineral..ini konsep yang kebanyakan masyarakat faham..

Tapi ramai yang tak thu mineral yg mcm mner yang kita nak??
Adakah penapis air yang ader betul2 tinggalkan mineral untuk kita minum??

Bg sya share paras tapisan air untuk kita semua faham n tahu bila memilih water filter😊

kita perlu faham kenapa kita perlukan air bersih??
bila kawan2 tgok picture dibawah, setiap jenis bakteria and logam berat berada di pengkelasan berbeza..

tidak semua penapis Air mampu menapis 0.0001 micron, menapis logam2 berat, virus and dadah.. macam Maner kita nk crosscheck air yang kita minum itu betul2 bersih??

senang jer, beli TDS meter. :)

kita boleh crosschecking bahan2 terasing ini melalui TDS meter yang saya bgthu tadi.. jika semua reading menunjukkan 000, maksudnya tiada bahan2 terasing dalam air yang kita minum setiap hari.. :)

Rata2 kita tak mengendahkan tok servis salur darah kita..

Dah ader darah tinggi, sakit jantung barulah sibuk nk jaga kesihatan..

Tapi kita amik ubat ubatan yg boleh memberi kesan negatif mcm sakit kepala.. Rosak buah pinggang..

Itu jer option yg kita semua thu..
Tapi syukur sebab sekarng ni dah ader satu supplement yg boleh servis salur darah kita dari hujung kepala ke hujung kaki.

Nak thu?? Boleh pm sya k!!!
