耳针可以帮助 Alpha-gal 综合征（红肉过敏）吗？👂🌿
Alpha-gal 综合征（AGS）是一种与 哺乳动物肉类及相关产品 有关的过敏反应，例如牛肉、猪肉、羊肉等。部分患者是在某些蜱虫叮咬后，产生对 Alpha-gal 的过敏反应。常见症状可包括：皮疹、荨麻疹、肠胃不适、腹泻、肿胀、呼吸不适；严重时甚至可能出现过敏性休克。

一项发表于 Medical Acupuncture 的病例系列研究，观察了 SAAT（Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment，Soliman 耳穴过敏疗法）。在有后续追踪的 126 名患者中，121 名患者报告症状进入缓解状态。不过，这属于病例系列研究，并不是随机对照试验，因此仍需要更大型、设计更严谨的临床研究进一步验证其疗效。
