Tambah2 time MCO ni, cooking or baking or even doing things that involves motor movements is a form of therapy from the accumulated stress yang kita harbour sepanjang duduk di rumah ni kan.
Tapi kita semua faham, bukan senang juga nak dptkn semua fresh ingredients. Nak masak barang xlengkap memang feeling yang xbest kan? Betul tak?
Xperlu stress2, the key is to adapt & be creative with what you have. So harini menu kita Lasagna Ala MCO style using essential oils flavourings Rosemary & Oregano.
Here’s the recipe:
Onion, garlic ( add fennel & leek if you have them)- finely diced
Capsicum, tomato,carrot - diced
Tomato puree @ pasta sauce -1 jar
Add your protein ( minced chicken/ beef/lamb)
Salt & pepper to taste
EO flavouring Rosemary & Oregano: 1 dash each
Pasta sheets
Generous amount of mozarella cheese
Steps:
-sauteed as per video
- followed by vege, protein, salt pepper , pasta sauce & the eos
- now layer your lasagna first by the sheets, stuffings & cheese. Then repeat
- cook at 160degrees for 40-45 mins.

Since eo adalah concentrated ( pekat) berbanding dgn fresh herbs , 1 drop dah cukup ya. Walaupun in eo form, taste & propertiesnya sama je mcm yg dried or fresh herbs perhaps even better.
