The Quality Policy of DERMEDICS™ fully complies with the European Union standards for safety and functionality of all products. Nowadays, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a cosmetic industry are required as standard by the regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Those regulations are supervised and controlled by State Sanitary I

nspection of Poland. All products from DERMEDICS™ are subjected to quality control and they are approved to regular distribution with positive results only. None of the cosmetics from DERMEDICS™ contains any volatile organic compounds (VOC-FREE) and do not contain any material of Bovine, Ovine or Caprine origin (NON-BSE) and they are not tested on animals. Products do not contain any hazardous and/or prohibited substances. CE mark for electronic equipment offered by DERMEDICS™ conforms with standards of following directives:

Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 73/23/EEC + 93/68/EEC
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) 89/336/EEC + 92/31/EEC + 93/68/EEC
The compliance with the LVD & EMC Directives covers all health and safety risks, thus ensuring that electrical equipment will be used safely and in applications for which it was made, therefore it is possible to use CE mark to demonstrate this compliance. CE mark for medical products offered by DERMEDICS™ conforms with requirements of Medical Device Directive (Council Directive 93/42/EEC of 14 June 1993 concerning medical devices, OJ No L 169/1 of 1993-07-12). Production of all products from DERMEDICS™ is organised in accordance with the regulations of the European Union. All products are of Polish preferential origin.
