Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform a system incident affecting product prices displayed on the Alpro Pharmacy Shopee store in the early hours of 2nd October 2026.

At approximately 12:44 a.m., we detected abnormal activity affecting our e-commerce system, which resulted in incorrect prices being displayed on Shopee.

The prices displayed during the affected period were not the intended selling prices of these products. As soon as the incident was identified, our team took immediate action to halt the affected system, stop further incorrect transactions with full technical investigation.

Unfortunately, orders placed at the affected incorrect prices will need to be cancelled. We understand that customers placed these orders based on the prices shown on the platform, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience this cancellation may cause.

Our investigation to date confirms that customer personal data and payment information were not compromised by this incident. Customer trust and security remain our priority. Our cybersecurity controls are benchmarked against recognised frameworks including ISO/IEC 27001, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Controls. We are working closely with the relevant platform and technical partners to review the affected transactions and prevent a similar incident from recurring.

Customers affected by the cancellations will receive the relevant notification through the Shopee platform. Any payment or refund process will be handled according to the platform's applicable procedures.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to affected customers and appreciate your patience and understanding.
