Another experience shared with me after a session. 🤍

He told me she felt very tired afterwards and slept continuously for 12 hours until the next day.

But what stood out to me was what she said after that:

“I felt my body lighter and calmer.”

Every person experiences a session differently, and I appreciate when my clients take the time to tell me what they personally noticed afterwards.

What really stayed with me was this:

When you're worried or overwhelmed by something, your mind can go round and round with the same thoughts. You know there's a problem, but you're not sure what to do next or whether you're even looking at it the right way.

I almost overlooked this part of his feedback.

He told me that after our first session, he could focus while talking to me something he normally found difficult and that afterwards, he slept better than normal.

At first I wondered, why is sleep the thing he mentioned?

Later, I understood that being able to sleep better meant much more to him than I initially realised.

It reminded me that what may sound like a small change to someone else can feel very different to the person experiencing it.

Congratulations on completing Reiki Level 1 ❤️✨

A beautiful milestone completed on 12 September 2026.

Learning Reiki is not just about completing a class or receiving a certificate. It is the beginning of learning, practising, understanding and building confidence in working with Reiki for yourself.

I’m always happy to see my students asking questions, practising and slowly becoming more confident in what they have learned.

To my student, congratulations on taking this step and successfully completing your Reiki Level 1. ❤️

Keep practising, keep learning and most importantly, trust yourself as you continue your Reiki journey.

I teach in small, in-person sessions because I want you to have the space to learn, practise, ask questions and understand what you are doing — not simply attend a class and leave with a certificate.

You rested. You slept. But somehow, you still feel drained.

We often think being tired simply means we need more rest. But there are times when we're carrying much more than physical tiredness — stress, overthinking, emotional pressure, unresolved situations, or simply too much for too long.

This message was sent to me by a client some time ago:

💬 I suddenly felt very energetic instead. Initially tired but full of energy.

This was her personal experience, and everyone's experience is different.

If you've been feeling drained even after giving yourself time to rest, perhaps there's another question worth asking:

What has been taking so much out of me?

Don't ignore persistent or unexplained tiredness — physical causes are important to check too.

Sometimes the truth is hard to hear. But it can also be where change begins.

When someone comes to me feeling lost or confused, I don't believe in simply telling them what they want to hear.

Sometimes they need support. Sometimes they need clarity. And sometimes they need an honest conversation that helps them see what they couldn't see before.

A client recently sent me this message after our work together. 💛

My goal isn't for someone to depend on me forever.

At first, you may need someone to hold your hand. Eventually, you learn to walk on your own.

That's what growth means to me.
