Q：康普茶含有酒精吗？

A：所有的发酵都会产生一定量的酒精。康普茶也不例外，按照传统方式发酵的康普茶，酒精度一般低于0.5%，根据国标可称为“无醇饮料”，所以康普茶饮料的酒精含量几乎为零（不会造成酒驾风险）。

A：经过巴氏灭菌的瓶装康普茶饮料：阴凉干燥处，避免阳光直射；冷藏更佳。

活菌康普茶饮品：需全程冷藏；若置于常温或较热的环境内，康普茶会继续发酵，出现絮状物、菌丝或沉淀等，产生大量二氧化碳，口味越来越酸🙅‍♀️
