This toner helps to improve and soothe problematic area. It is suitable for sensitive skin. You may try if you have sensitive and problematic skin. However, for me it is a bit pricey as my skin does not really problematic. So for normal skin, I would rather choose the one less pricey. It smell naturally (I believe is the smell of Calendula, something like smell of Chrysanthemum). You may use the cotton pad to apply this toner.
p/s: you may go to the Kiehl’s store to ask for free sample before you buy this. Most of their staffs are friendly and helpful. They will even give you some samples spontaneously to try instead of hard selling their products.

You do not need to apply it by using a cotton wool. Just need to pour into your palm and tab on the face.

According to the ambassador from Taiwan, Liu Yen, should tab approximately 2times of your age then this toner will be fully absorbed to your skin. So, you do not need to worry it will be sticky on your face.

My review on this products:

Although it is a bit thick, but you do not need to apply it by using a cotton wool. Just need to pour into your palm and tab on the face.
5 years back, my skin was a mess, very sensitive acne prone skin, always in redness and pimples on the chin and bottom part of my two side of cheeks. There are very less products in the market that is affordable for sensitive skin. So I decided to give a try. I have been using it for 6 months, then I can see changes in my skin. My skin was more moisturized, acne and redness become lesser. And I can use more product on my skin, such as foundation, sun screen.
P.S prior that I can only use very limited brand. And they are expensive. I am those kinda girl that like to try out new products, any products, any brand. So for me, this product is good for sensitive skin as it improves my skin a lot.

On and off I will use this products as we can’t use the same products for long term, it will become numb and immune, not so effective when continuously to use the same products.

For me, this products do helps in hydrating my skin. I can see the difference when comes to make up. Foundation will become more lasting. It also helps in absorption of the later part of skin care, such as serum and moisturizer.

Overall, i will rate this products 4.5/5⭐️
