I want to be honest with you all because that’s what this journey is about—real life, not perfection.

I was supposed to officially kick off my 45-day challenge today, but due to some personal reasons and my health, I won’t be starting today anymore.

Nothing serious, but I’ve learned that it’s important to listen to your body and handle things properly instead of forcing it—and that’s exactly what I preach.
