How many of us know what a Full Blood Count actually checks

It tells us our blood level, our white blood cell count,
It shows if we are deficient in iron folate or vitamins,
it shows if we have sepsis which also causes fever

So next time you have fever dont just stop at checking for malaria and typhoid,
do a full blood count too

A young man visited our facility and we decided to check his Bp, he argued That he was fine that was he not the one that climbed the staircase by himself
Lo and behold his Bp was 220/120 when we checked It

Please I plead with you to check your Bp at least once a month
