How Sleep Affects Hormones And Weight:

When you don't get enough sleep, your body makes more of the hormone that makes you feel hungry (ghrelin) and less of the hormone that tells you you're full ( leptin).

This will cause craving for more Sugary and fatty foods, eating more than usual and gaining weight more easily.

Good sleep isn't just about feeling rested, it's one of the most simplest way to help your body control appetite and maintain a healthy weight.

Aim for 7 - 9 hours of quality sleep every nights.

The Relationship Between Stress And Heart Attack.

Stress doesn’t directly cause heart attacks but it's a major risk factor. Long - term stress raises blood pressure and heart rate.

It also pushes people towards unhealthy habits like overeating, poor sleep, smoking, and lack of exercise.

Over time this increases the chances of heart disease.

For people with existing heart issues ( backgrounds heart disease), intense emotional stress can trigger a heart attack.

To Lower Your Risks:

Exercise regularly, get enough sleep, practice relaxation, talk to someone you trust.

pelvic infections

previous surgery on the fallopian tubes

smoking and fertility treatments, although it can happen to any woman.

After careful assessment, a healthcare professional will recommend the most appropriate treatment modality based on your clinical condition.

TAKE HOME:

Any woman of reproductive age presenting with abdominal pain and/or vaginal bleeding should be considered to have an ectopic pregnancy until proven otherwise.

MEN DON'T IGNORE SUDDEN SEVERE TESTICULAR PAIN.

A sudden, severe pain in one testicle is NOT normal. It could be Testicular torsion, a medical emergency where the testicle twists, cutting off its own blood supply.

WARNING SIGNS ⚠️

1. Sudden, severe pain in one testicle

2. Swelling, redness, or darkening of the sc***um.

3. The affected testicle may sit higher than normal or at an unusual angle.

4. Nausea and vomiting.

5. Abdominal pain or frequent urination.

BEST TIME OF SAVING THE TESTICLE.

Within 6 hours: Very high chance of saving the testicle.

12 to 24 hours: The risk of permanent damage and tissue death (necrosis) increases significantly.

Over 24 hours: The testicle usually cannot be saved and must be surgically removed (orchiectomy)

Don't wait, don't self-medicate, and don't be embarrassed. Go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Remember: Early treatment can save the testicle and help preserve fertility.
