INSPIRED TO SERVE BETTER!

‎I hereby note with innermost admiration, a well publicized social media content, eulogizing the National Hospital for clinical and behavioral standards of our esteemed staff, as well as state of our facilities.
‎Most heartwarming, being the fact that, the author of the article happens to be one of the best known commentators in the country, prolific, critical, versed and a legend by all literary standards, the erudite Dr Aliyu Tilde.

‎Evidently, his mission to our facility was unanticipated, hence he was greeted with our routine natural disposition to work ethics and standard of operations. Obviously our ways of doing our business have given a long lasting positive impression, as the literary icon spared no expense to pin down his heartfelt, candid opinion about our facility and shared same to the world via his social media platform.

‎This validation of our excellent disposition towards excellence in healthcare delivery, cannot be taken for granted in this era that only the negatives trend. We are honoured and truly highly inspired by Dr Tilde's objective perspective of what the National Hospital epitomizes within the nation's healthcare ecosystem, and we are resolved to go every length humanly possible to justify this and similar other testaments of trust in us.

‎To the specific individual staffers the writer interfaced with, (some even singled out for mention) leading to the high level appreciation, I have personally taken note of your ambassadorial endowment and urge that you keep it up. This is a representation of who we all are.

‎On behalf of the management of the NHA, I hereby reiterate our collective irrevocable commitment to the pursuit of standardization of the National Hospital facilities towards upholding our true status as the Apex Hospital in the country.
‎God bless our collective unrelenting efforts towards a healthier Nigeria.

‎Signed:
‎Prof. Muhammad Raji Mahmud
‎Chief Medical Director
‎National Hospital Abuja.
