MY VALENTINE IS… MY METABOLISM 💔😂
Valentine update.
Who offended our metabolism after 40?😂

In my 20s...metabolism was loyal.
We ate at 10pm, slept peacefully, woke up flat.

Now... it needs meetings, supervision and sometimes prayers!
If I even look at cake... it whispers
'Madam, think about it.'
So this Valentine...I am
• Lifting weights
• Eating my protein
• Walking like a responsible adult
• Sleeping before 11pm
Because this relationship must work.

Happy Valentine’s Day to every woman whose metabolism now requires effort, prayer, and consistency.

Maintaining a healthy range of movement like stretching, strength training will help the joints. Be kind to your body. Small changes over time will make big differences.
