Ashar Ventures is a registered business in Abuja, Nigeria that gave birth to the brand ashar fresh (You may call us "I shall fresh" in Nigerian pidgin😂).⠀

We curate various recipes (juices, smoothies, salads and meals) that meets the health and nutritional needs of the human body and for persons with underlying health conditions and dietary needs. We also offer basic consultancy services to help our clients make more informed choices as it concerns their eating habits, nutrition, overall health and wellness.⠀

With the emergence of the Corona virus pandemic, paying more attention to our health can not be negotiated. This made us also launch an health book published on Amazon; helping people to take charge of their nutrition/health/wellness all over the world. ⠀
