Today let’s talk about something very common in our kitchen – cooking oil. But did you know that the oil you use can either build your health or break it down over time?

🛢️ Not All Oils Are Good for You

Some oils are highly processed with chemicals and can cause inflammation (body pains, swelling, and even diseases). These oils include:

Vegetable oil

Canola oil

Sunflower oil (highly processed type)

These are cheap, but they’re not friendly to your heart, liver, or overall health.

✅ Better Choices for Healthy Living

Here are some better options you should consider using in your kitchen:

Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil – good for the brain, digestion, and boosting immunity.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – rich in healthy fats, great for heart health and salad dressings.

Palm Kernel Oil (native style) – a good source of antioxidants if locally processed.
