On behalf of Northeast Nurses I congratulate you Haunga Bakoji Gata
For making us proud 🦚.

Far away from home I've received humiliation from some students from the East and West saying that education is far from northerners (meaning we're not brilliant) and that what we only know is killing 😔

Each time I listen to those words it breaks my heart 💔.

When I saw the update about the just concluded Florence Nightingale essay competition and the winner 🏆 emerging from the North I was really proud 🦚 and happy.

1. As a nurse, do your best to save a dying patient. Not everything in the ward is procedures.
2. As a medical doctor, you took an oath to save lives, sometimes you might be tired but you can give the nurse go ahead to perform some procedures if you know they can.

Phototherapy is a medical treatment for Neonates who have Neonatal Jaundice.

✍️Neonatal Jaundice is the yellowing of a newborn's skin and eyes caused by high level of bilirubin (Hyperbilirubinemia).
It affects 60-80% of Newborns.

✍️ CAUSES OF NEONATAL JAUNDICE.
So many factors cause Neonatal Jaundice but the major cause is BLOOD GROUP INCOMPATIBILITY.

🖲️ During photography, the baby Is undressed and placed in a bilitron bed exposed to the green -blue light with eyes covered.

✍️ The light helps to break down the bilirubin
And it is excreted via baby's stool and urine.
✍️ Severe Jaundice can cause brain 🧠 damage.

This fetus is SS(medical abortion)

Apparently 2 AS patients got married and they got pregnant.
Thank God they have money and they could afford the genotype test for their fetus.

But, what’re the chances that they would get an AA
And how many genotype tests would they do
Before getting an AA

The woman is just using her life to do experiment all in the name of love 🤦🏻‍♀️, The man is not going to feel anything.

This is pure emotional trauma 💔

💥 EPILEPSY (1)
*In our community we know or have someone related to us that is suffering from this disease called EPILEPSY, and we often wonder 🤔 about the cause of this disease.
Let's take a look at what EPILEPSY mean.

Epilepsy is defined as a chronic neurological disorder Characterized by Recurring unprovoked seizures resulting from abnormal excessive activity in the brain.

💥 Cause
1. Unknown
2. Head injury 🤕
3. Brain tumor
4. Toxemia ( preeclampsia) in pregnancy
5. Fever.
6. Etc

Many at times we discovered that this disease affect an individual when they were more younger 🍀 and they grow with it.
Next update we'll learn more about why it affects younger individuals.
