HAPPY WORKERS DAY
Today is not just about celebrating workers, it’s about celebrating you the people who show up every single day, no matter how tough it gets.

The long hours, the sacrifices, the emotional strength it takes to care for others… it doesn’t go unnoticed. Behind every patient’s recovery is your dedication, your compassion, and your resilience.

At Grandville Medical Group, we are more than colleagues—we are a family, and we are proud of each and every one of you.

Thank you for all that you do, for the lives you touch, and for the difference you make every day.

Happy Workers’ Day

“Can breasts grow back after reduction? 🤔 Here’s what you need to know before making that decision.”

Breast size changes are influenced by life stages like hormones, pregnancy, and age.
After a reduction—especially later in life—regrowth is uncommon.
However, factors like weight gain or hormonal shifts can still have an impact.
Always speak with Dr. Laser to understand what’s right for your body.

Growth never stops… neither should your doctor.

For the next few weeks, I’ll be stepping away from clinical duties to invest in something just as important as patient care — continuous learning and global exposure.

I’ll be attending the Harvard Medical School Surgical Leadership Program, followed by a clinical observation at the **Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.

Why does this matter?

Because medicine is constantly evolving — and the best outcomes come from doctors who evolve with it.

Every new system learned, every global standard observed, every leadership principle refined…
…comes back home to improve how we care for you.

I will be back by the second week of May, ready to continue delivering the highest standard of care.

At Grandville, we don’t just perform procedures. We build systems around safety, excellence, and innovation.

Thank you for trusting us.
