I have watched too many strong men fall β not because they were weak, but because they were uninformed. They worked hard, provided for their families, showed up every day β and quietly ignored the signals their bodies were sending.
That stops here. That stops now.
At 40+, your body is not breaking down β it is asking for a different kind of attention. More intentional rest. Smarter nutrition. Consistent movement. And the courage to check your blood pressure, talk about your mental health, and say "I need help" without shame.
