HEALTH TUTE
"Child Of God! Look At Me Very Well. Have I Met You Before ? No Right ? Good! Have We Had Any Prior Discussions Before ? No ? Good!!!
We Have Not Met, We Have Not Spoken But Here's What I Know About You. Almost Every Sunday You Go To Church, You Return To Your House With Headaches Or You Develop Headaches Few Hours Later. Am I Right ? Yes ? Good!!!
Ohhhhhhhh!!!!!! Yes! Yes! Flesh And Blood Did Not Reveal This To Me.... Science Did!"
Now I'm Out Of The Spirit, Let Me Explain What Happens And Why You Often Get Headaches After Church.
In Most Churches, The Pastors Voices Are Usually Already Loud And Then They Add Microphones That Are Connected To Very Loud Sounds.
When They Preach, Pray Or Speak, The Sounds Are Too Loud.
Then Time For Music, It Is Also Loud.
So, You Mostly Find Yourself In An Environment Where Sounds Are Hitting You At A Very High Levels.
Sounds Are Measured In Decibels And The Normal Decibel Any Adult Human Should Be Exposed To Is Around Or Below 90 Decibels.
But The Sounds In Your Church Is Usually Above 120 Decibels. The Difference Should Tell You Enough.
For Some Of You, The Usher Will Direct You To A Seat And There Would Be A Speaker Directly In Front Of You Or Above You Or Behind You And It Is Just Bouncing On You.
This Long Exposure To The High Sound Increases Cortisol (Stress Hormones) Which Can Immediately Trigger Mild To Severe Headaches And Other Disorders, Including Raising Your Blood Pressure Levels.
This Explains Why You're Always Having Headaches After Church And Some Of You Get Relief After Sleeping While Some Of You Rely On Paracetamol And The Likes For Help But You Can't Keep Doing This Harmful Exposure To Yourself Even If It Is Just Once A Week.
The Loud Sound Exposure Gradually Damages Your Hearing Ability And Elevates Your Blood Pressure.
So Please Three Advice;
1. As You're Heading To Church Right Now Or Already In Church, Try To Not Sit Near The Loud Speakers. Sit Far From Loud Sounds.
2. To Those Of You That Work In The Sound Department Or Sound Engineers, Please, Try To Reduce The Sounds And Regulate It In A Way That It Doesn't Go High. Let There Be A Balance.
And You Who's Reading And Not A Worker In The Sound Department Or A Regular Member, You Can Walk To The Sound Engineers Or Sound Team And Politely Ask Them To Reduce Or Regulate The Sound. If They Push Back, Try To Explain This Medical Angle To Them.
3. If You Have Elderly Ones With Blood Pressure Issues Or You Have Blood Pressure Issues (Hypertension), Do Not Let Them Sit In A Church With Loud Sounds.
I Personally Gave Myself A Back Seat In My Church Because Of This. I Had An Extensive Polite Conversation With My Church's Chief Usher Which He Now Understands With Me. So I Always Sit Behind Where There Are No Speakers And Less Sounds. Since Then, I Don't Come Back From Church With Headaches.
So, If Your Sounds Cannot Be Reduced Or Regulated, Get Yourself A Back Seat Or Somewhere Else With Less Sound.
Now You Know Why You Return From Church With Headaches Every Sundays.
