Erectile Dysfunction: What Causes It? 👀

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is when a man has difficulty getting or keeping an er****on firm enough for s*x.

Common causes include:
🔹 Diabetes & high blood pressure
🔹 Stress, anxiety & depression
🔹 Smoking & excessive alcohol
🔹 Obesity & lack of exercise
🔹 Hormonal or nerve problems
🔹 Certain medications

How can you prevent it? 💪🏽
✅ Exercise regularly
✅ Eat healthy and maintain a healthy weight
✅ Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol
✅ Manage conditions like diabetes and hypertension
✅ Reduce stress and sleep well

Treatment? 🩺
ED can often be treated once the cause is identified. Avoid taking “s*x enhancement” drugs or herbal mixtures without medical advice.

If it keeps happening, please see a healthcare professional. ❤️

Ladies and gentlemen, did you know ED can have medical causes and isn't simply about attraction? 👀

🧠 5 THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER SAY TO SOMEONE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS

Sometimes, we mean to encourage someone but end up making them feel worse. 💔

Here are 5 things to avoid saying:

❌ “It’s all in your head.”
Their experience is real, even if you don't understand it.

❌ “Just pray about it and it will go away.”
Faith can be meaningful, but mental health struggles may also require professional help.

❌ “Other people have bigger problems than you.”
Pain isn't a competition.

❌ “You’re just looking for attention.”
This can make someone feel ashamed of asking for help.

❌ “You don’t look mentally ill.”
Mental illness doesn't always have a visible appearance.

Instead, try saying:
❤️ “I’m here for you.”
❤️ “How can I support you?”
❤️ “You don’t have to go through this alone.”

Words matter. Sometimes, the right words can make someone feel seen instead of judged. 🫂

Which of these have you heard people say before? 👇🏾

🧠 NURSE EXPLAINS: Why do some people with mental illness hear voices?

Hearing voices is called an auditory hallucination. It happens when the brain processes information in a way that makes a person experience a voice even when no one is actually speaking.

It can occur in conditions like schizophrenia and severe mood disorders, but it can also have other causes.

So please don't say “You're pretending.” ❌

The experience can feel very real to the person.

❤️ Mental illness needs understanding, not stigma.

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to hear a voice nobody else can hear? 👀
