1. When you first wake up :
Drinking water early in the morning before having to eat other food is the best practice you need to start. it helps you to maintain a healthy hydration habit,it helps improve your mood, energy level and brain function.
2. Before eating some food :
it's always adviced to drink water 5 -10 minutes before your meals, it helps you to avoid overeating, and also for better food digestion and transportation of important nutrients in your body system.
3. Before going to sleep :
