If you have been following me for years, you would know that I don't joke with oat flour.

Ever since I discovered the importance and benefits of raw organic oat seeds, I don't joke with it anymore and I love to process and grind it myself.

A large number of you have been asking me about Oluchi and I'm now wondering if you people don't see my videos because she's in most of my videos.

Oluchi hasn't been online for a while now because her phone has issues and she is always busy with her books this holiday.

Ever since she started creating content, I allow her to bring up her own ideas and use her face for her page but her phone spoilt again so she has paused for now.

Secondly, I decided to engage my other kids in more house chores, that is why you see more of others doing chores whilst madam is sleeping or reading.

Sometimes, I even forget that she is at home 🤣😂

So bikonu, Oluchi is very fine and still very effective in finishing my money🤣.... we are patiently waiting for her next phase of life...thank you all❤️

I was weighing 138kg here and I could barely carry myself.
My male children made me beautiful whilst my female child made me look horrible and I also experienced front hair loss with her pregnancy.

Whenever I take in, I add massive weight, if you see me during pregnancy, you will shout, hubby calls me baby elephant 😂🤣 and my babies are usually very big.

Adannia weighed 3.6kg, Buchi weighed 4.2kg and Chukwunonso weighed 3.98kg.

My last weight I checked during Chukwunonso's pregnancy was 138kg...that was how big I was.

I get fat very easily...."fat dey my body naturally" but once I give birth, I start working my weight down to 85kg.

The 4 things that have helped me in weight loss are
...intermittent fasting....workout.....fibre and protein diet....less carbohydrates

I have not worked out for months now but intermittent fast and fibre diet have helped me continue shedding weight..

I had my first meal today by 1pm after my oat meal dinner I had around 7pm yesterday.

I was able to stay from 7pm last night till 1pm this afternoon without feeling hungry because of the oat meal swallow that I ate, that is the wonderful benefit of an oat meal....raw, processed oat seeds.

Asides swallow, you can also use it for cereal with milk but you won't add sugar....you can use honey if you have the pure one.

They now handle spreading, bringing in and arranging clothes and they do it so well.

Adannia is disturbing me that I should teach her how to cook, she washes clothes and plates already, once a while, I allow her to cook with me when I'm in the mood of cooking and teaching.

I am training all my children to be very independent as they grow, it's not easy but GOD is helping me🙏

Its only chukwunonso that I don't understand what he's doing 🌚
