🛑 Avoid mixing alcohol and medications!

Even common drugs like painkillers, cold medicines, or sleep aids can become dangerous when combined with alcohol. Risks include:
🔹 Liver damage
🔹Heart problems
🔹 Dizziness, fainting, or accidents
🔹Reduced effectiveness of your medicine

A friend took cold medicine after a night of drinking. They felt extremely dizzy, their heart raced, and recovery was delayed. One small mistake could have been life-threatening.
