Safe care is about more than treating a condition. It also means helping patients understand their care, use their medicines correctly, ask questions when they are unsure and feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.

At Axias Pharmacy, we believe safer care starts with putting people at the centre of every healthcare interaction. We want every patient to feel heard, informed and confident about the care they receive and the medicines they use.

Our pharmacists are here to provide guidance, answer your questions and help you understand how to use your medicines safely and effectively.

Sometimes, you have questions about how to take it. Sometimes, you need guidance or simply someone to explain what comes next.

At Axias Pharmacy, we believe good pharmacy care means making healthcare more accessible, understandable and personal because your care matters beyond the counter.

You can change your cleanser, try a new treatment and build a carefully planned skincare routine, but there are everyday habits that can also affect your skin.

One of them? Frequently touching your face.

Throughout the day, your hands come into contact with phones, door handles, desks and countless other surfaces. Repeatedly touching your face can transfer dirt, oil and other substances to your skin, which may contribute to clogged pores and breakouts.

It doesn't mean every breakout is caused by touching your face. Acne can have several contributing factors but becoming more conscious of this simple habit can be one small step towards a better skin hygiene.

So, how often do you catch yourself touching your face without thinking?

Save this reminder, share it with someone who needs it, and follow us for trusted health information and guidance you can use in your everyday life.

Herbal = Safe? Not always.

Herbal doesn't mean harmless. It can still interact with your other medicines and cause side effects.

Pro tip: Tell your pharmacist everything you're taking, including herbs. That's what we're here for.
