A few weeks ago as i drove with my team leader. Eno Obed Ekwe in his car, we turned into a wrong road as I was driving in a strange city. As I rounded a corner, i drove past an enormous junkyard.
It seemed that the vast accumulation of broken, dirty and discarded bikes,tires,bottles and tin cans stretched out for blocks. I couldn't help but wondering...
On a different level- perhaps even on a cellular level- do our bodies look like this junkyard?
Do many of us have so many toxins,stored waste, accumulated fat and poison that our cells have become a molecular junkyard?

We are living in the most polluted times in the history of this world.
- much of our air is contaminated
- most of our water is tainted
- our food usually contains toxins.
The tragic news is that these pollutants are entering our bodies and evading our circulation.
Where is their final destination?

Take a closer look. The toxins- especially pesticides- take up residence in our fatty tissues.
Few people realize that their brains contain significant amount of of a form of fat called phospholipids. Our nerves cells are encased in a membrane consisting of phospholipids. Many toxins are fat- soluble and thus can accumulate In fatty tissues and cell membranes, including our brains.
What is the result of continual build up of toxins?

2.eliminate or decrease caffeine from your diet
3.avoid liver and kidney meats because they are toxic filters in animals
4.eat seafood( but not shellfish) from no industrialized areaonly
5.limit or totally avoid pork meat
6.dont eat foods high in Mercury
7.avoid trans fat, which are harmful to your arteries
8.decrease your intake of sugar and salt
9.engage in aerobic exercise for perspiration, and use a sauna regularly
10.take 1tea spoon of flaxseed oil,once or twice a day
11.fast at least once a month.
