Nigeria at 66. Still becoming.

Independence is more than a date on the calendar. It is an opportunity to pause and reflect on the nation we are, the nation we hope to become and the part each of us can play in shaping that future.

Progress may not always happen as quickly as we hope, but every generation has a role to play.

May we continue to build, contribute, question, create and believe in the possibility of a better Nigeria.

That's all we have left after today before we step into 2027.

I'm not sharing this to make anyone panic.

I'm sharing it because sometimes we need a number staring us in the face to make us stop, think and ask ourselves some uncomfortable but necessary questions.

Are you satisfied with where you are right now?

Financially?

In your health and wellbeing?

In your relationships?

In your career or business?

In your personal growth?

And if the honest answer is NO...

What are you going to do about it?

Not what will January do.

Not what will the government do.

Not what will someone else do for you.

What can YOU do?

Have you genuinely reached your wit's end or have you simply become comfortable with a situation you know you don't want to remain in?

Are there still things you can learn?

A skill you can acquire?

A conversation you can have?

A door you can knock on?

A relationship you can build?

A career you can pivot into?

A business you can rethink?

A different way of earning that you haven't explored?
