One dangerous thing becoming common in Nigeria now is self-medication 💊❌ and ignoring proper medical tests 🧪. Many people treat every fever as malaria 🦟, every body pain as typhoid 🤒, and take random drugs without knowing the real problem ⚠️.

Some mix alcohol 🍺, tramadol 💊, energy drinks ⚡🥤, and different drugs together thinking it gives strength or enjoyment 😔without realizing they are slowly damaging their heart ❤️, liver 🫀, kidneys 🧬, and mental health 🧠💔.

Men 👨 and women 👩 should learn this: not every sickness needs guesswork 🚫. What works for one person may harm another ⚠️. Drug abuse and misuse can lead to resistance, organ damage, infertility, addiction, and even sudden death ⛔.

Your health is your real wealth 💚🌱. Spend money on proper treatment 🏥, healthy food 🥗, rest 😴, and medical check-ups instead of waiting until the body breaks down ⚠️⏳.

Prevention 🛡️, discipline 💡, and knowledge 📖 can save lives. Stay informed, stay healthy, and stop normalizing harmful habits 🚭✨.DrAyan🧑‍⚕️🩺✍️

Your body is delicate and deserves proper care 💖🌸. Washing the va**na with soap or detergent 🚫🧼 is not safe it can disrupt the natural balance ⚖️ and lead to irritation, infections, and discomfort ⚠️🦠. Clean water is enough for the external area 💧✔️.

Also, wearing very tight underwear or bras all the time 👙❌ can cause poor air circulation 🌬️, sweating 💦, skin irritation, and increase the risk of infections 🚫.

Choose breathable fabrics like cotton 🌿, wear the right size 👌, and give your body space to breathe 💨✨.

Don’t ignore unusual symptoms 🚨 like itching, discharge, or pain seek proper medical advice 🏥👩‍⚕️ instead of self-treatment 🚫💊.

Good hygiene is not about harsh methods ❌, it’s about safe and informed care 💚🛡️.

Protect your body—it’s your responsibility 🌸💫.DrAyan✍️

6 NUTRIENTS YOUR BODY NEEDS DAILY.

You can drink all the supplements in the world but if your daily nutrients are off, your body will still complain quietly.

Let’s go on with the 6 nutrients.

Your body doesn’t just need food, it needs the right nutrients every single day to function well, stay strong and avoid unnecessary wahala.

Here are 6 you should never joke with.

✍️Protein. This one is your body’s repair engineer. It helps build muscles, fix tissues and even supports your hormones. No protein can lead to weak energy, slow recovery.

✍️Carbohydrates. Don’t fear carbs too much. They are your main energy source. Without them, you will feel tired, moody, and drained quickly.

✍️Healthy Fats. Yes, fats are important! They support brain function, hormones and help your body absorb vitamins properly.

✍️Vitamins. Think of them as your body’s small but mighty defenders. They boost immunity, support skin, eyes and overall health.

✍️Minerals. From iron to calcium, these help your blood, bones and nerves work the way they should. Low minerals can lead to problems later.

✍️Water. Simple but powerful. Your body is mostly water, so dehydration can affect everything from your energy to your skin to your digestion.

Listen carefully.
It’s not about eating plenty, it’s about eating balanced.

Your body will always show signs when something is missing, don’t ignore it.

Save this post so you don’t forget and share with someone that always skips meals.

And she is pr€gnant 😞

Yesterday, I intervened in this case as a staff on duty (RCHP). As a patient, all you need to do is tell your healthcare provider how you feel when you visit a hospital.

Don’t hide any information so that your provider will know exactly what’s wrong with you.

If you don’t like a particular provider, request whom you want to see and open up to him or her.

A young lady in her early 20s came yesterday to pick up her medications after seeing a doctor.

When I was attending to her, she asked me if the doctor had added a medication to stop abdominal pains.

I looked at her prescription thoroughly and said no.

I became too inquisitive to know why she asked the question. After several open-ended questions, I learnt that she didn’t tell the doctor everything.

From her explanation, I suspected that she might be pr€gnant because of her missed period.

I then took her back to the doctor, and she was sent to the lab for a pr€gnancy test, and the result came out positive.

The doctor had to change the treatment plan because most medications in the previous prescription aren’t good for her.

I am glad that I intervened and discharged my duty accordingly.

Now whose fault is it here? I blamed the young lady for hiding certain information from her provider.

Please, there are some people you must tell the truth to - yourself, your pastor, your healthcare provider, and your lawyer. They will save your life 😔

Severe malaria requires urgent h0spital management. Not what only ACTs can treat.

The first-line treatment is intravenous artesunate, which rapidly reduces parasite load and improves survival.👇👇

✍️Patients are closely monitored for complications such as hypoglycemia, severe anemia, k1dney failure, and respiratory distress.

Bl00d transfusion may be required in cases of severe anemia.

Supportive care is critical. This includes maintaining fluid balance, correcting electrolyte disturbances, and managing seizures if they occur.

Once the patient stabilizes and can take oral medication, treatment is completed with a full course of ACT.

Delay in treating severe malaria significantly increases the r1sk of death. Therefore, rapid diagnosis and immediate initiation of treatment are essential.

Severe malaria is more common in children, pregnant women, and individuals with no prior immunity.

Early recognition of warning signs can save lives.

6 reasons why you should not wear a p@nt or boxer to bed.

Let’s talk honestly, this one might surprise you 😂

Firstly, your pr!vate area needs to breathe. When you wear tight p@nts or boxers all night, you’re trapping heat and moisture down there. That warm, sweaty environment? It’s the perfect place for bacteria and yeast to grow.

Secondly, it can increase the r!sk of infections. For women especially, constant moisture can lead to yeast infections or irritation. For men too, excessive heat around the t3sticles isn’t ideal.

✍️Thirdly, it affects spërm health for men. The t3sticles are outside the body for a reason, they need a slightly cooler temperature to produce healthy spërm. Tight boxers at night can raise the temperature.

✍️Fourthly, it can cause skin irritation. Friction from tight underwear while you’re tossing and turning can lead to rashes, itching or even darkening of the inner thighs over time.

✍️Fifthly, it may worsen body odor. If sweat is trapped overnight, bacteria break it down and that’s what causes that strong morning smell.

✍️Lastly, better sleep comfort. Many people actually sleep better without tight clothing restricting blood flow or movement. Your body relaxes more when it’s free and comfortable.

Now, I’m not saying everyone must sleep completely n@ked. But at least wear loose, breathable cotton shorts or nightwear. Give your body small freedom at night, it will thank you for it .

Sh@re with your loves ❤️
