One minute they're happily playing, the next they're in tears because you sliced their bread the "wrong" way. Toddlerhood can be a rollercoaster of emotions, for them and for us.

The weeks after childbirth can be filled with competing expectations. You have a new baby to care for, routines to adjust to, and often an unspoken pressure to get back to shape and your normal routine.

But recovery isn't something to rush.

Your body is healing, your mind is adjusting, and you're learning how to navigate an entirely new season of life. That takes time, patience, and more rest than most of us allow ourselves.
Rest isn't a reward for reaching your limit. It's an important part of recovery.

It might be stubborn acne that never seems to improve, sudden weight gain that doesn't make sense, thinning hair, excess facial hair, or dark patches of skin that appear over time. It's easy to brush these things off as stress, hormones, or just part of getting older.
