Three years ago, I stood in the hallowed chambers of the National Assembly, took the oath of office, and made a solemn promise to the people of Zango/Kataf/Jaba Federal Constituency.
I promised to use every opportunity and every resource available to me as your representative to improve the lives of our people. I promised to provide leadership and representation that would be people-centered, responsive to your needs, and guided by sincerity, integrity, and a genuine commitment to public service.
Today, three years later, I can proudly look our people in the eye and say that we have remained faithful to that promise.
Over the past three years, we have sponsored bills, moved motions, and supported legislative initiatives aimed at addressing the needs and aspirations of our constituency. We have worked tirelessly to ensure that the voices of our people are heard and represented at the national level.
Beyond the chambers of the National Assembly, we have delivered meaningful projects and interventions across our communities. We have built and renovated classrooms to improve access to quality education, drilled boreholes to provide clean and safe drinking water, and constructed bridges to improve connectivity and ease transportation.
We also facilitated the establishment of a Federal Medical Centre to improve access to healthcare services and organized medical outreach programmes that provided free medical consultations, treatments, and support to thousands of residents.
In addition, we have empowered farmers with agricultural support, trained and equipped youths and women with valuable skills and resources, and provided relief materials and assistance to vulnerable individuals and families during difficult times.
These achievements are not mere statistics; they represent lives touched, communities strengthened, and opportunities created. The work has been genuine, impactful, and consistent.
While we are proud of how far we have come together, we remain conscious that there is still much more to be done. We carry this responsibility with humility and determination, and it continues to guide our efforts every single day.
As we mark this three years, I sincerely thank the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, and the leadership of the 10th House for their support and guidance, which have made effective lawmaking possible.
I also appreciate the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, whose vision and support continue to complement our efforts in serving our people.
To my hardworking team and the good people of Zango/Kataf/Jaba Federal Constituency, thank you for your trust, prayers, and support over the past three years.
The journey continues, and my commitment remains the same: a promise made is a promise kept.
Hon. Amos Gwamna Magaji
