Pay attention to changes in your skin and remember the ABCDE warning signs:
A – Asymmetry
B – Border
C – Color
D – Diameter
E – Evolving
Protect your skin, stay aware, and seek medical attention if you notice any unusual changes. Early detection matters

We’ve talked about what head and neck cancer is, the risk factors, and how it can be prevented.
Now it all comes down to one thing—awareness.
When you understand the signs, reduce your risks, and take preventive steps, you give yourself a better chance at early detection and better outcomes.

The truth is, early action can save lives, and that action starts with you.
Don’t ignore persistent symptoms, don’t delay check-ups, and don’t keep this information to yourself, someone around you might need it.
Your health matters. Stay informed, stay aware, and don’t ignore the signs.
