I’m Dr. Maryam, a gynecologist, a mother of three boys, and a woman who refused to choose between her calling and her family.

For a long time, I thought being a doctor meant long hours in the hospital, physical presence, and income tied strictly to how much I could stretch myself.
But deep down, I knew that kind of life wouldn’t give me the balance I wanted not as a woman, and definitely not as a mother.

So I started exploring a different path.

I began using my medical knowledge beyond the walls of the hospital consulting women online, creating structured support, and building something that allowed me to still practice medicine… but on my own terms.

Today, I work from my laptop.
I consult with women from different parts of the world.

And I do this while being present with my children in my own home.

This is what digital health has given me:
The ability to be a doctor… and still be the mother my children need.
No burnout.
No constant extra shifts.
No waiting until “someday” to have balance.
And the most beautiful part?
I still get to do what I love 💕 helping women understand their bodies, heal, and feel whole again.

If you’re a female doctor reading this, you probably feel it too…
You want more:
More flexibility
More control over your time
More income beyond your salary
But you don’t want to sacrifice your peace or your family to get it.
Digital health makes that possible.
You don’t need to relocate.
You don’t need to go viral.
You don’t need to abandon your career.
You simply need to learn how to use your skills differently.

I’m opening a small mentorship for female doctors who want to start offering their services online and build a sustainable income stream without burnout.
If this is something you’ve been thinking about…

For 38 years, Ayatollah Ali Khomeini led Iran with unwavering resolve—standing against oppression, supporting Palestine, and strengthening the Muslim world. His legacy at the forefront of justice and faith will never be forgotten. Ya Allah, accept him as a martyr. 🤲

Its been a while since i did my virtual gynecology consultations… i sure missed it 🥰

I love listening to women and providing solutions.

After years of working with women at different stages of their reproductive journey, one thing is clear:
confusion delays action.

A proper fertility consultation goes beyond ovulation dates and lab results.

I routinely screen menstrual patterns, vaginal health, comfort, and hormonal symptoms, because fertility does not exist in isolation.

My role is not to overwhelm you with tests or rush you into treatment, but to help you understand what matters now and what can wait so decisions are made with clarity, not fear.

If you are trying to conceive and need structured, judgment-free medical guidance, you may DM FERTILITY to enquire.

Rahmah Sisterhood 🤍

Rahmah Sisterhood is a women-only learning circle created for women navigating the real experiences of womanhood the ones we are often expected to handle quietly.

This circle exists for conversations around:
• menstrual pain, irregular cycles, and hormonal changes
• recurrent vaginal infections and intimate health concerns
• fertility worries and reproductive health questions
• pregnancy, miscarriage, and postpartum body changes
• fatigue, emotional overwhelm, and grief
• intimacy that feels uncomfortable, painful, or tense
• navigating marriage, motherhood, and faith with compassion
• preparing for spiritually significant seasons like Ramadan

You don’t need a diagnosis to belong here.
You don’t need to speak or share.
You can join quietly, listen, and take what serves you.
Rahmah Sisterhood is not therapy and not a support group.

It is a space for learning, clarity, reassurance, and sisterhood guided by medical insight, emotional wisdom, and faith.

Women were never meant to navigate these seasons alone.
This circle exists to restore that shared wisdom.

Back pain in the third trimester is real, exhausting, and often brushed off like it’s “just part of pregnancy.”

But mama, you don’t have to suffer through it.

Here are 2 proven ways to relieve the pressure:

A maternity support belt to lift your belly and reduce strain on your lower back.
The cat-cow stretch — a gentle movement that relaxes the spine and eases pelvic tension (and baby usually loves it too!).
But that’s not all...

Here are a few more things that can help right now:

✅ Use a warm towel or water bottle on your lower back (not hot)
✅ Sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees and under your belly
✅ Walk daily in short bursts to stay mobile
✅ Ask your partner for a gentle lower back massage with warm oil
✅ Sit upright with good posture and a cushion behind your back
✅ Your comfort matters. Your pain is valid. And your body is doing something incredible.

Save this post for later — and share with another mama who might be silently dealing with the same thing.

Are you experiencing back pain?
