FUTH Annex met management today as part of preparations for the re-commencement of the (Comprehensive Emergency Obstetrics and Newborn Care. CEmONC) services.

The meeting focused on strengthening coordination, reviewing operational plans, and ensuring that the necessary arrangements are in place for the smooth take-off of the service.

Recall that CEMOnC programme benefited hundreds of indigent patients before its suspension to restrategize for better implementation.

NUJ, NAWOJ Extend Humanitarian Support to Vulnerable Patients at FUTH Lafia

The Chairperson of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, Nasarawa State Council, Comrade Juliana Ose Ofoku, and the Chairperson of the National Association of Women Journalists, Nasarawa State Chapter, Mrs. Mercy Tanze Zabadi led other female journaliss on a visit that providided humanitarian support to indigent patients.

The Head of the Social Welfare Unit, Hajiya Zainab Ahmad, appreciated the journalists for their generosity and continued support towards vulnerable patients.

Mrs. Zabadi reaffirmed their commitment to supporting people in need, with both parties emphasizing the importance of sustained collaboration in promoting patient welfare and community support.
