If you have a plot of land that is 50ft by 100ft, add all the side together.
Example: 50+50+100+100=300ft
Then divide the 300ft by 12ft,
300ft÷12ft=25ft.
12ft is the number of one partition, that means you have 25 partitions, a partition goes by 8 blocks, multiply 8blocks by 24partitions
Exm: 8 ×25=200blocks.

200blocks is the number for one courses of block or one line all round the land, then multiply 200block by number of courses you want in that your land.
Example: 200blocks ×14courses=2800blocks, that means 2800 is the number of blocks for that your one plot of land but remember you have to remove one partition because of your gate size.

The same is applicable with your room of 12*12, add both sides, divide by 12 and multiply by number of course you want the house to be.
Example: 12+12+12+12 ÷ 12 × number of courses.

Before you buy tiles Many of you dont know this but this is how to calculate it so easy.

(1) If your room is 12feet by 12feet or 15feet by 18feet it is very easy to calculate and know the square meter.
Just multiply the length and width of the room and divide by one square feet,
Example: 12×12÷10.764sft=13.38sm or
12×12=144sft
144smf÷10.764=13.38sm

(2) You might ask me how do I get 10.764, this 10.764 is the number of one square meter in feet, so you divide by the number in square feet by number of one square feet in square meter, which is 10.764.
Meaning= length × width ÷ one square feet(10.764).

(3) For you not to forget easily multiply any number of length and width you get in that your room or passage and divide by 10.764, any number it gives you, is the number of the square meter of that your room or passage, as simple as that.1 square meter = 10.764 square feet, That's why for your 12 ft × 12 ft room:
Area = 144 ft²
144 ÷ 10.764 = 13.38 m²

You can use this simple rule:
Square meters = Square feet ÷ 10.764
Square feet = Square meters × 10.764

💥I recently help a client to acquire half plot of land at Igbogbo Ikorodu, the land was a full plot, but the owner want to sell half plot for after we were done with verification and was satisfied, i negotiated down to , the seller refused, after days of front and back ,we peg and agreed at ✅ with plenty abeg, same land he bought for a full plot in 2021.
