With extensive experience as a creative director and consultant, Lase has worked with renowned brands like Lagos Fashion Week, ATAFO, Puma, and Hennessy. She also runs her own fashion label, Studio.lase, where she designs custom garments. Passionate about bridging creativity and business, she believes storytelling is key to connecting with customers. So many business owners get little sleep and feel pride in it…

Yet at the end of the month, they can’t say “I was able to make a good number of sales this month or “I got closer to my goal”

So, why sacrificing sleep for nothing?
When without adequate sleep… a business owner can’t have the good health, creativity, and alertness to grow their business —-
and do so for long enough to enjoy their labour?

If this is currently you… sacrificing sleep for grind yet your business isn’t progressing as much as is possible… do these:

1️⃣ Do a audit of you day to see how you spend your time: especially so you can note the time you waste on meetings, engagements, lunches, interactions that don’t yield any profits / not in line with your goals

2️⃣ Audit your business so you can know the areas your business needs you to put in more time and efforts

3️⃣ Note the areas in your business where you can delegate and how you can do so cost-effectively

4️⃣ Have a calendar + task manager to list the things you need to do in a month and everyday (to be closer to your goal ) even to the littlest of things including interacting with your customers ( if that’s within your job description)

5️⃣ Find easier, automatic ways to do some of these things you have to do

***Learn to work smart…. exhaustion isn’t a badge of honor.
