I am extremely disappointed and formally escalating this complaint.
One of your riders collected my package at 3:00 p.m. yesterday, 23rd July for delivery to a customer, with an estimated delivery time of 1 hour. However, as at past 5:00 p.m., he still had not delivered it. He kept galavanting with the package , delaying, making excuses, and the customer could no longer wait. He later promised to deliver it first thing this morning, but the delays continued. When I called him at noon, he was still giving excuses. He eventually delivered the package at 2:00 p.m. today 24th July and then demanded ₦9,200 instead of the agreed ₦4,900. He was rude, blocked me, abused me, and threatened not to deliver the package.
I have reported this several times through your app, but I keep being directed to a chat box instead of speaking with a real agent, and no solution has been provided. I demand a refund of the additional ₦4,300 he took from me, or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and loss caused. I request an immediate investigation into his delay, extortion, abuse, and cancellation of the delivery while my package was still in his possession.
I also request that this rider be permanently blocked from your platform because this rider is a thief .
I have attached a screenshot of the delivery detail showing that he canceled the delivery even while my package was still with him.
