It’s the consistency for me!!!!

In 2018 I decided to take control of my life and get my happiness back. The tragedy that happened in my life during that time was literally putting me on a slow trail of destruction. I made a promise to myself that I was going to at least try to find my happiness. To do that I had to get real with myself and get out of my own way. Now it’s almost 3 years later and all I did was stay consistent abs disciplined.

From 247lbs to 140lbs to 147lbs now. From a weight loss journey to a muscle gain journey. I can tell you I have never been so happy. Let’s talk about how my knees, my feet, my back is not in any pain. I am full of energy beyond my imagination. Taking control of my happiness and putting me first has been the best decision I have ever made and I don’t regret one thought.

You are only as strong as you allow yourself to be; never get discouraged, never give up, because consistency & dedication is the key to success.

If you are persistent you will get it, if you are constant you will keep it!!
