Eat slightly unripe bananas
Add chia seeds to your oat meal
Eat sweet potatoes
Take fruits that contain fibre (mango , avocado , apple, and banana). Eat fruits with edible skins for maximum fibre.
Pair fruits with water intake to aid digestion
Blend smoothies with whole fruits rather than just juicing to retain fibre.
