A total dividend payout of ₦74.8 billion across the Group reflecting strong performance and consistent value creation:

- Transcorp Plc – ₦20.3 billion
- Transcorp Hotels Plc– ₦13.3 billion
- Transcorp Power – ₦41.25 billion

With a combined installed capacity of approximately 2,000MW, Transcorp Power Plc and Transafam Limited have further cemented their place among the continent’s leading privately operated power platforms.

Our Founder and Group Chair, Tony Elumelu, CFR, and Founding Director, Dr. Awele Elumelu, OFR, have been recognised as "Titans" among the 2026 TIME100 Philanthropy Honourees by TIME Magazine for their transformative work through the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), our Group’s philanthropic arm.✨

This recognition reflects TEF's commitment to advancing entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and catalytic philanthropy across Africa through long-term, impact-driven interventions. Over the years, the Tony Elumelu Foundation has continued to champion the idea that empowering entrepreneurs is one of the most sustainable paths to unlocking Africa’s economic transformation.

Through the Tony Elumelu Foundation:
- Over 27,000 entrepreneurs across all 54 African countries have received training, mentorship, and access to networks
- Over US$100 million has been disbursed in non-refundable seed capital funding, helping to catalyse businesses, create millions of jobs, and drive economic inclusion at scale.
- Through TEF's Entrepreneurship Programmes, more than 4 million African households have been positively impacted
- And over 2.1 million Africans have been lifted above the poverty line.

Transcorp Power Plc, one of our power portfolio companies, continues to demonstrate what it means to combine performance with purpose.

At its 13th Annual General Meeting held last week Monday at the iconic Transcorp Hilton Abuja, the company approved a ₦41.2 billion dividend payout for FY2025, reflecting strong earnings growth and disciplined ex*****on.

This performance of ₦398.27 billion in revenue growth was driven by continued capacity expansion. In 2025, the company brought back one of its turbines, GT20, which increased its available capacity by 100MW.
