Improve your Digestive System With Coconut flesh or meat.
Coconut flesh is the white meat inside the coconut that can be eaten either dried or fresh. It is a natural remedy for constipation. The meat is high in insoluble fiber. It helps in improving bowel movement and keeps your digestive system healthy.
