Your approval is usually processed within 15 minutes. You can easily track it on the Reliance Care App. If it goes beyond that, reach out to the Care Centre for support. Always check the app first. It shows your real-time status. If you cannot see any request, it means the facility has not submitted it yet.

Most approvals are processed quickly, but some delays can happen due to incomplete documentation, benefit confirmation checks, or requests that have not been submitted yet.

Before escalation, always confirm with the hospital that your request has been sent in and check the app for real-time updates.
