Saving this here as my May 1 pic. Not where I used to be, but I've improved significantly!! My smile is back 🥹😁. Mood is better, stomach bloat is far. Let's see how it goes. 👌🤞🤞
Some things I’m learning in this new phase:
🌸 consistency is better than motivation
🌸 strength training will always deliver
🌸 supplementation maybe your problem all these while you struggled.
🌸 support especially from spouse keeps you going and prevents depression.
🌸 slowing down enough to heal too. A lot of worry we carry as women. 🤍❤️
And honestly?
This feels like something you can do for the long run. .
That’s the kind of wellness I want for you too.
