Changes in urination:
Waking up often at night to p*e (nocturia), foamy or bubbly urine from protein leakage, or blood in the urine.
Swelling (Edema): puffiness around the eyes in the morning or swelling in the feet, ankles, and hands due to extra fluid.
Fatigue and weakness: Extreme tiredness and trouble concentrating caused by anemia when damaged kidneys stop making enough EPO hormone.
Skin and nerve issues: Dry, itchy skin from a buildup of waste products in the blood, plus muscle cramps.
Stomach changes: Loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, or a metallic taste in the mouth in later stages.
