👉 1 cucumber
👉A grape fruit/juice
👉Chia seeds (you can get from those selling special seeds in the market)

What do you do with these items?
Step 1: Wash your grape fruit well and squeeze out its juice.

Step 2: Wash and cut the cucumber into small pieces.

Step 3: Pour both the diced cucumber and the grape juice into a blender, blend untill it is smooth

Step 4: You can either sieve the mixture to get a clearer juice or you can leave like that (without sieving).

Step 5: Blend/Grind your Chia seeds untill you get a fine powder.

Step 6: A tablespoon of the Chia seed powder should be poured into the mixture/juice and then stirred well.

How to use?

Immediately you finish your menstruation, start taking a glass cup of this juice daily untill you are approaching your ovulation, which is when you'll stop.

✅You can do the mixture daily or you can make a lot and refrigerate for daily use.
