Sweet potatoes are not the problem.
In fact, they are one of the best carbs for weight loss when eaten the right way.
They keep you full for longer because of their
fiber.

They help reduce cravings.
And they give you steady energy without sharp sugar spikes.
The real issue is not carbs… it’s portion and cooking method.
Eat little amount of boiled, steamed, or oven-baked sweet potatoes, and you’re still on track.

But once it’s fried or eaten in excess, that’s where weight gain comes in.
You don’t need to cut out your favorite foods to lose weight.
You just need to learn how to eat them properly.
