Justice, Inclusion, and a New Beginning — A Proud Son of Tiev Seeks to Serve Vandeikya–Konshisha
My dear brothers and sisters of Vandeikya and Konshisha—respected elders, youth, women, stakeholders, and all lovers of justice:
I come before you not simply as a candidate, but as a son of Tiev, a servant of our people, and a believer in fairness, unity, and shared progress. Today I make not only a political appeal but a moral one—rooted in our history, anchored in justice, and driven by hope for a more inclusive future for our constituency.
The history we must honestly confront
Vandeikya–Konshisha Federal Constituency is rich in diversity, talent, and political maturity. Over the past 27 years of democratic governance since 1999, leadership of this constituency has rotated among its major blocs—Kyan, Gaav, and Shangev—while Tiev has never held this office.
From Kyan: Engr. Tachia Jooji, Hon. Catherine Aondona Dabo, and Hon. Dorathy Mato have represented parts of our constituency.
From Gaav: Hon. Herman Hembe has served.
From Shangev: Hon. Sesoo Ikpagher Gboko has served.
Let us reflect on this simple truth: every major bloc has had the opportunity to lead—except Tiev. For nearly three decades, Tiev sons and daughters have voted faithfully, mobilized loyally, and contributed to the success of others, yet our community has not been entrusted with this office. This is not an expression of bitterness. It is a call for fairness.
Why this moment matters
This election is about more than choosing another representative. It asks whether our constituency can rise above old patterns and embrace true inclusion. It asks whether our politics will be guided by justice as much as by power, and whether every child in Tiev can grow up believing that leadership is possible.
This is the moment to say: enough of exclusion; enough of waiting; enough of postponing fairness.
Why supporting a Tiev son strengthens everyone
This is not a struggle against Kyan, Gaav, or Shangev.
