BRINGING HEALTHCARE CLOSER TO HOME
At Veren Health and Wellness Initiative- VEREN HEALTH (HP-Global), we believe every community deserves access to quality healthcare.
Our recent outreach at the International Market Settlement, Makurdi Benue state reached over 86 people with testing, counseling, vaccination, and health education on Hepatitis and HIV/AIDS.
The results speak volumes:
High demand for testing and education
Significant gaps in vaccination and awareness
Communities eager for continued support and intervention

Health Preach Global was on campus! 🎯

We engaged the student hostel community in an impactful session on “Stop Infection Before It Starts”.

Special thanks to our guest, Dr. Grace Rimanunram — Consultant and Head of Department, Public Health and Community Medicine, FR Adasu University (BSU) College of Health Science, Makurdi Benue state. She spoke comprehensively to the girls in the hostel accommodation on practical steps to prevent infections and stay healthy.
We also presented antiseptic Materials for this purpose.

BRINGING HEALTHCARE CLOSER TO HOME: HP- GLOBAL'S COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM…PLEASE BE A PART OF OUR SUPPORT/DONOR.

We recently organized another community medical outreach program, focusing on Hepatitis and HIV/AIDS, at the International Market Settlement in Makurdi. Our team conducted mass testing, counseling, vaccination, and education for community members who attended.

Reaching out to these communities can be challenging, as they often face difficulties accessing these services, largely due to a lack of awareness. Through our program, we discovered cases where individuals were unknowingly living with these conditions.

We're grateful to have a dedicated senior team, including our Laboratory Medical Scientists from Benue State University Teaching Hospital, who are always in the field with us, providing expert guidance and support. We're also proud of our senior clinical students in the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Benue State University, who have consistently shown enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference in our communities.

At Health Preach Global, we're committed to taking healthcare services to these communities, often right to their doorsteps, as they lack access to these essential services.

Despite our efforts, we face resource and funding constraints. Our priorities for now include:

- Laboratory testing
- Health education and sensitization
- Guidance and counseling
- Vaccination
