Yesterday, a worried client brought in his pregnant bitch after discovering a fleshy mass protruding from her rear. They searched everywhere for puppies, believing she had delivered during the night—but found none.

On examination, I confirmed it wasn't a delivery issue. It was a vaginal prolapse, a condition that requires immediate veterinary attention.

I quickly performed a vaginal prolapse surgical correction, and thankfully, the procedure was successful. Both the patient and her owner went home happy.

Lesson: Not every protruding mass means delivery. Early veterinary intervention can save lives and prevent serious complications.

🐾 Every case has a story. Every life deserves expert care.

❤️ HEALTHY LIVING IS MORE THAN FOOD AND EXERCISE
Parents, when was the last time you put the phone away, forgot about work for a while, and simply enjoyed your family? 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

We often talk about healthy living as eating well, exercising, sleeping enough, and going for medical checkups. But there is another powerful part of wellness we sometimes overlook: quality family time.
Take a walk together.
Play with your children.
Share a meal without distractions.
Tell stories.
Laugh until your stomach hurts. 😂
Go on a simple family outing.
Or simply sit together and enjoy each other's company.
These moments may look ordinary today, but they can become the memories your children carry for a lifetime. ❤️

And parents, remember this: your children may not remember how expensive the things you bought were, but they will remember how present you were.
Family bonding reduces stress, strengthens relationships, supports emotional wellbeing, and reminds us that life is not only about working hard—it is also about living well.

🌱 One Health Lesson: Healthy living includes caring for our relationships, our emotional wellbeing, and the people we love.
So today, make time for your family.

Put the work aside. Put the phone down. Be present. Laugh. Love. Create memories.
Because sometimes, the healthiest thing you can give your family is simply your time. ❤️

🚨 Your chickens may be healthy today—but poor biosecurity can put the entire flock at risk tomorrow! 🐔⚠️

🔥 8 simple poultry biosecurity rules every farmer should take seriously:
1️⃣ Limit unnecessary visitors to the poultry house.
2️⃣ Disinfect footwear before entering the farm or poultry house.
3️⃣ Quarantine new birds before introducing them to the flock.
4️⃣ Keep feeders and drinkers clean to reduce contamination.
5️⃣ Control rodents, flies, and other pests that can carry disease.
6️⃣ Dispose of dead birds safely—never leave carcasses lying around the farm.
7️⃣ Provide clean, safe drinking water every day.
8️⃣ Report unusual sickness or sudden deaths quickly and seek veterinary advice.

💡 Remember: Biosecurity is not just about preventing disease—it protects your investment, improves productivity, and can save you from devastating losses.
A single careless practice can put hundreds or thousands of birds at risk.

🚨 6 everyday habits that can help infections spread faster than you think…
⚠️ Some of these may look harmless—but they can put your health and your community at risk
🦠 Watch out for these common mistakes:
1️⃣ Poor hand hygiene — dirty hands can carry germs from one surface to another.
2️⃣ Sharing unclean tools or equipment — contaminated items can become a pathway for infection.
3️⃣ Ignoring symptoms — delaying attention can allow some illnesses to worsen or spread.
4️⃣ Overcrowded living spaces — close contact can make transmission easier, especially for respiratory infections.
5️⃣ Unsafe food handling — contaminated food or water can cause serious illness.
6️⃣ Poor waste disposal — improperly managed waste can attract flies, rodents, and other disease carriers.

💡 The lesson is simple: Infection prevention isn't only the responsibility of hospitals and health professionals. It starts with everyday choices at home, at work, on the farm, and in our communities.
