Some tips to Good Oral Health and Hygiene.....

1. Brush twice a day ;Before bedtime in evening and after breakfast in the morning.

2. Brush Vertically, and Not Horizontally.. it's help in Massaging the Gingivae.

3. Avoid Using tooth pick Completely, rather use dental floss.

4. Take Much Fruits Rich in fibers, also Embrace Vegetables regularly for healthy tooth.

5. Avoid Chlorinated or fluoridated water beyond standard ratio, excessive discolored teeth.

6. Exercise your oral structure by chewing orbit chewing gum often, NOT always.

7. Avoid opening drinks with teeth for this Could cracked your tooth or induced it's with mobility.

8. Increase the Volume of water intake.... Meaning drink as much water as you Could, water is Natural Cleanser and aid in digestion....

9. Reduce the intake of sugary snacks and drinks to limit the risk of dental caries .

10. Rinse your mouth with water after every meal.

11. Have routine Dental Visit / appointment ; ( every six months) to help maintain good oral health habits.

12. Pray More, Sing More.... Have more private time, for this is CREATIVE and PRODUCTIVE Moment.
